Shipping Methods

All order on Flyingelectronic.com are shipping free, and we will arrange shipment by Hongkong post, China post or 4px post service  to clients worldwide.

Meanwhile, you can choose other shipping methods if you like, but please check it with our customer service first when you place order, becasue other shipping method will not be free,  you need to pay extra shipping cost for the order.

Please note that:

2. Customs clearance may delay the arrival of the items to you;
3. We will ship out your order within 3 working days after we accept your order and payment;
4. As for the free shipping goods, we would choose one of the above methods without prior notice to you.

Shipping Cost

Different shipping method charges according to different standards. Generally, international shipping cost is based on a combination of the following conditions:
1. Weight and dimensions of the package;
2. The shipping place and the destination country or region.

Flyingelectronics will never charge you any VAT or other taxes.
The total sum you have to pay = goods subtotal + shipping cost.

However, different countries have different rules. Flyingelectronics has no knowledge of the import taxes, additional duties or relative policies of your country; so it's your responsibility to figure out the importing problems before you place the order from us.

Shipping Security

Your order can be traced on the internet and insured by the standard insurance of the courier you chose. We will send you the tracking number after we deliver your order. In the case of lost, damaged or missend goods, you should immediately notify the courier; or you can contact us, we would investigate it and help you to make possible insurance claims, and accordingly you may have to submit us some relative photos or documents as a proof. We will also base on the instance to consider the resend or refund to you.

Warranty

Product quality is a top prior for Flyingelectronics. We test all our products with strict standard before ship out. The test includes the appearance and the functions of the goods, the inclusion of applicable accessories and the packaging.

All our products come with 12-month warranty, while physical damage caused by the user invalidates the warranty.

The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial recipient, regardless if the initial recipient is an end user or a reseller.

Returns

We accept the returns only on the condition that the product you bought from us itself is defective and it should within the warranty period.

The procedures for returning goods would be:
1. Contact us first by email or online chatting with detailed description and photos or videos if possible, and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem;
2. We will advise you with possible resolutions after our confirmation;
3. We will accept your requirement of returning if all the solutions are not workable;
4. You have to immediately sent the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance;
5. We will inform you once we receive the returned goods. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice.

Shipping Method and Custom Taxes for Returning:
1.Please send it back via postal mail. If you are in US, you can choose USPS, it will reach us in 15-30 days.
2.If you choose other shipping method such as DHL or UPS, the related taxes will shared by you (the buyer).
3.Please declare lower price on the parcel when you send back the item, in order to reduce the possible taxes.

Shipping Cost for Returning:
1.Product quality problems occur within 30 days, you can return it for exchange or repairement, Flyingelectronics (the seller) will take the responsibility for the possible shipping cost;
2.Product quality problems occur within 3 months, you can return it for exchange or repairement, you (the buyer) pay the shipping cost back to us and we (the seller) pay for the shipping cost back to you;
3.Product quality problems occur within 1 year, you can return it for exchange or repairement, you (the buyer) have to take the responsibility for the possible shipping cost;

Refunds

We will refund you depends on the conditions mentioned as below:
1. In the first 30 days after you receive the item, please keep the item in good condition without any appearance damages, so that you can get the full refund for the possible quality problems.
2. You can get the refund only when the quality problems occurs within 30 days from the day you get it. While you can just get the refund for the product, and you have to share the shipping cost and taxes back to us.
3. After we receive the returned item, we would contact you and refund you according to the condition of the item:
<1>. Full refund --- the item is in totally good condition; there have no scratches or other similar signs on the surface of the item;
<2>. Partial refund --- if there have damages on the appearance,the repairing charges for the damaged parts should be deduct from the total refund amount.
